Bill A2990 that would permit Sunday motorcycle sales is going to the full Assembly for a vote on Monday (1/10). The Assembly voting session is scheduled to start at 1:00 PM in the Assembly Chambers. This Bill already passed the full Senate last June and was referred to the Assembly Transportation Committee for consideration. It passed the Assembly Transportation Committee in Nov. 2010. The last step in the process before going to the Governor to be signed into law is the Assembly vote this Monday.
A2990 currently has 22 Sponsors/Cosponsors, so it looks like it should pass pretty easily. Some calls to your Assemblymen on Monday morning to voice your support for passage of this Bill would not hurt it' s chances.
