BAKER Drivetrain West Coast Sales And Support Center Provides Longer Hours For Customers


Effective July 9, 2012, Baker Drivetrain has opened their new sales/support center in Phoenix, AZ. to service and better support the Southwest United States. Extended phone and online support hours are intended to create an open door for better service for all customers. 

       Says Bert Baker: “We are continually searching for ways to better support our customers. The new sales/support center in Phoenix allows us to extend our phone hours to 8:00PM EST M-F and offer faster customer support and service parts delivery to the Southwest United States”.
       BAKER hopes that these longer hours will encourage customers who could not reach us before due to location or long work hours, to call us with their technical or sales questions. We also offer Live Chat on our website for those computer savvy folks who would like to avoid the phone.
