Mad Wheels has just released 21”x 3.5” OEM Style wheel for H-D touring bikes years 2000* to current (2106) called the Reinforcer.
The 3.5” width will properly run the 130/60/21 Dunlop tire allowing correct functionality of the ABS system on 2014+ touring bikes when running the factory rear wheel and tire, AND allows the wheel to be fit to 14+ H-D touring models without raising the fender. Dunlop has has recently released the “American Elite” 130/60/21, which is what allows all these benefits and easy installation. Each wheel comes with 25mm bearings, and will accept all factory hardware, Including 2014+ friction rings, and are available with or without ABS.
The wheels are D.O.T. approved, JWL certified, and tested to SAE-J standard to meet or exceed H-D OEM specs. This re-engineered 21” wheel is the fining touch for any late model H-D touring bike M.S.R.P. - $699.99 for o.e. style black/machined finish (chrome available soon, price T.B.D.)
