Cinderella frontman, Tom Keifer, released his debut solo album, “The Way Life Goes,” in 2013. Featuring 14 songs that are eclectic in nature and as a 2014 article in Rolling Stones Country suggests, “blues howlers, Stones-y rock, and big ballads, the album calls to mind Cinderella, but with an even more rootsy undercurrent.” Leading Cinderella, top songs include: “Nobody’s Fool,” “Don’t Know What You Got (Till It’s Gone)” and “Somebody Save Me.” Tom and his band will play 65 percent of Cinderella’s hits in addition to solo songs and a couple of covers.

The location for the 36th annual J&P Cycles Open House Rally, scheduled for June 27-28, is moving to the Jones County Fairgrounds, located in Monticello, Iowa, just 10 miles north of the J&P Cycles headquarters outside Anamosa, Iowa. Cowboy Kenny’s Steel Rodeo will perform at various times throughout both Saturday and Sunday. This family-friendly event will also feature special entertainment just for children. And, let’s not forget the motorcycle parts, gear and apparel! Those attending will get to see the latest motorcycle wares from some of the biggest names in the industry. More than 100 motorcycle manufacturers will be on site.
What started as a small Customer Appreciation Day held by co-founders John and Jill Parham to thank customers for their business throughout the year, has grown into one of the largest weekend events in the Midwest. “This year’s J&P Cycles Open House Rally will be like no other Open House Rally,” says J&P Cycles Vice President/General Manager Zach Parham (and son of co-founders John and Jill Parham). “From the location to the vendors to the entertainment, this year will be one for the books!”
