Harley-Davidson, Inc. Declares Dividend

MILWAUKEE, September 13, 2012 -- Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE: HOG) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.155 per share for the third quarter of 2012. The dividend is payable October 12, 2012 to the holders of record of the Company's common stock on September 28, 2012.
