This the first ad from Harley-Davidson since the Company and long-time agency Carmichael Lynch parted ways. The commercial was created by crowdsourcing shop Victor & Spoils. The video, "No Cages," was created by Whit Hiller, of Kentucky who submitted the idea in response to a campaign by Victor & Spoils to help win the motorcycle maker's advertising account.
