S&S Cycle Inc. announces the launch of Viola V-Twin, a selection of high quality service parts for Harley-Davidson and other American v-twin motorcycles. Anyone familiar with S&S Cycle will recognize the name of the small village of Viola, Wisconsin where S&S has been located since 1969. Now, based on customer demand, and the fact that many of their dealers depend on service work for a growing portion of their livelihood, S&S is expanding their product offering to include service/repair parts for stock v-twin engines.


       “It is our aim to simplify the lives of our dealers and to help them grow their business by providing the quality service parts they need to meet their customer’s needs. We want dealers to think of Viola V-Twin as a trusted business partner, here to save them time and money, making it easier for them to find the service parts that customers need every day. The goal is to offer a range of products so that a dealer should never have to turn away work because of parts availability!” says S&S Marketing Director Pete Amenda.
       Quality service parts are getting harder to find, but the end user deserves nothing less. Besides, one service callback due to a part problem can eat up any profit a dealer makes on a job. The aim of Viola V-Twin is to give independent shops access to quality service parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications so they can take in more work, and that every job is successful and profitable.
       Viola V-Twin is starting out as an offering of select S&S and Flathead Power parts that can be used to support the needs of basic, day-to-day service work. So far, the concept has been well received in the market. But S&S is not stopping there. They realize that the product lineup needs to grow and evolve over time to position Viola V-Twin as the one-stop, first-call service parts solution that smart independent shops are looking for. S&S will manufacture many of the parts, but in order to fill out the product offering, they intend to seek out and source quality service parts from other manufacturers. These products will be made in the U.S.A. if at all possible, but either way, all will be endorsed by S&S.
