Lehman Trikes, Inc. (LHT - TSX Venture), announces that it has decided to suspend operations effective immediately. The company has not been able to complete the proposed sale it was working on, but is continuing to pursue possible transactions to inject capital into the company. Without such an injection the company is not able to continue the operations at its Spearfish facility and has taken the step of suspending operations until further notice. Recommencing business will depend on the company securing financing or completing another transaction to fund operations. There is no assurance that the company will be able to secure the required funding to recommence operations.
