Terree has a strong track record in leadership and has guided the company to certification of ISO 9001:2008. Since her employment in 2009, she has also held several key responsibilities within the company, including engineering, new product development, enterprise resource planning improvements, lean manufacturing, and 5S.
Terree holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Technology Management. Her background and experience in the field of engineering led her to Lehman Trikes where she has developed strong relationships within the industry.
