'American Pickers' host Wolfe Pays $30,000 At Auction For 1907 Motorcycle
STUARTS DRAFT — Ben Yoder was shocked when Mike Wolfe, star of the History Channel show “American Pickers” called him a week ago interested in bidding on a 1907 Indian motorcycle that Enlisted Auctions had acquired from a Stuarts Draft estate.
Yoder was even more surprised when Wolfe called Monday to throw down some cash at the auction house’s Labor Day event.
With the help of an auction house staff proxy and a cell phone, Wolfe purchased the bike, which was found buried in a garage with almost all original parts, for $30,000.
